  • Milk & Honey Days was established in 2023 by me – Sylvanna.  

    So why did I start this little business? I am a first-time mum to a little girl who was  born last year December. Being a mum has been amazing, but it has also left me  feeling overwhelmed at times.

    There was so much extra to plan and keep track of having an tiny extra human to factor in. I spent hours looking for journals and dairies that were really timeless and beautiful during the beginning of my maternity leave, but everything was bold and bright and didn’t really connect with the calm and settling space I was looking for.

    I have really kept mental health in mind when creating our pieces, and so you will find most of our products have some aspect of reflection or ‘pockets of peace’ in them. This was really important to me.

    Wherever you are on your journey, I hope you will love and treasure our pieces for ages. Pass down the journals and keep your planners with you for life. They have some really special moments in them
